Returns & Exchanges

At TooTimid, we want you to feel confident in your style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel and accessories are final sale unless a manufacturer defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
